The next thing I tried to do was recreate the mushroom spores. I tried doing this in a few ways, scrunching paper, ripping and glueing paper, stitching paper, pulling paper together with threads. I then did all this with material to like jersey, polyester and felt.
I eventually setteled on paper puff balls.

I picked this because I thought it looked similar to some of the mould microscopic spores

I then began making a few out of brown paper and dying them different colours. I used inks, quink, bleach, tea and coffee, oyster sauce, food dye and nail varnish. I also burnt a few.
